Come express a light and bright focus on body, mind and spirit. Our focus will be translating the positive direction of our intentions into healthy wellbeing.
Wear comfy clothes, bring your yoga mat, a wrap or cover, your journal and walking shoes for after if weather permits the walking path.
Plan on movement of body and breath, good food, meaningful stories, and time for reflection and sharing.
I will provide a relaxed schedule of individualized practices based in Yoga Therapy, healing touch and Peaceful Warrior work with a warm and wholesome organic lunch. Using mindful prompts in a spirit of enjoyment you will meet your best self as we nourish body, mind and spirit.
There is no need to be permanently fried from stress and strain. You know the science. Your bodymind will remember ease unwinding if you give it some space, the right tools and a mindful nudge. I’ll get you going.
This is a mini group event for a select handful of folks. I will meet you where you are.
$159 includes everything for the day including a take-home goodie bag of sweet reminders.
I will send you a discovery questionnaire upon your request to attend to make sure we are indeed a good fit.
This event will be uniquely individualized as always. Repeat attendees are welcomed and encouraged.
